Previous incidents

The following functionality was interrupted/unusable on Sep 21 between 09:29–09:56 UTC:
- Sending proposal from SOM; saving document
- Confirming booking from eProposal; creating contract
- Being able to see the eProposal document from "My Bookings"

We promptly fixed the issue and restored all services by 09:56 UTC.
The root cause was a technical change in the application infrastructure.

eProposal preview and Supplier Order Management pages were interrupted for 3h due to a technical issue caused by rotating API keys part of a routine maintenance.
